Spring Beats Rave

This was my first event I have photographed. I was hired and this was kind of my test event. I wanted to really try to bring my artistic expression to event photography. I took this photo with my 18-70mm kit lens and I used a slower shutter speed with a double flash to try to capture the lights and make the viewer feel like they are at the show instead of just looking at a photograph from the show.
