The shot has a nice retro 50's beauty look with a softened feel to it and shows an artistic eye. If you weren't going for BW, it is just a bit underexposed only where her hairline gets lost in the background. Review the way the rule of Thirds ties into Implied Motion. Her gaze takes the viewer away from center rather than through. A little too much pillow at bottom takes away a bit and loses the right hand at top. The left edge break that cuts off her right elbow down through her center breastline is a very nice composistion section.
